Founded in 1988, the company combines in-house product development, advanced manufacturing and extensive experience in automotive electronics.

The main focus of ScPA StarLine is the development of technological solutions that make vehicles safer, more comfortable and more convenient to use every day. The StarLine product range includes security and telematics systems, tracking devices, beacons and other electronic products for passenger and commercial vehicles, motorcycles and special-purpose vehicles.

ScPA StarLine’s manufacturing facilities are located in Russia and operate on a full-cycle basis, from product development and prototyping to mass production, assembly and testing of finished products. Electronics is at the core of the manufacturing process: automated mounting of electronic components onto printed circuit boards, soldering, programming, configuration and multi-stage testing of finished devices. The company’s manufacturing capabilities also include cable assembly, plastic parts and tooling production.

A high level of automation and digitalization enables quality control at every stage of production. More than 90% of ScPA StarLine’s manufacturing processes are digitalized in line with the “Digital Factory. Industry 4.0” concept. Modern digital solutions, including SAP, FactoryLogix, Teamcenter and other systems, are used across manufacturing and engineering processes.

Remote vehicle control, remote engine start, climate control and auxiliary equipment management, as well as vehicle location and status monitoring, make everyday vehicle use more convenient and technologically advanced.
